Communications and Culture Training

The Contact Innovation Culture and Communications Training (CCT) provide the foundation for the associate’s learning and development on communications and culture sensitization. It is a program that aims to increase the use of conversational English in business communication, as well as promote a better understanding of cultural differences with our customers, aimed to increase the customer experience.

Utilizing blended learning approaches along with a comprehensive course coverage, CCT incorporates modules and activities that focus on enhancing conversational English skills (Speech and Grammar), creating awareness on the cultural diversity and industry orientation (Cultural Awareness, Industry Specific), and promoting the importance of effective communication (Quality and Soft Skills).
