Contact Innovations Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy is Contact Innovation’s response to the common gaps experienced by most contact centers and BPOs today. By looking at the common gaps, Contact Innovation has developed an intensive four-week or 160-hour program that all leaders must complete prior to leading a team in Contact Innovation.Academy Benefits
Our training program immerses Contact Innovation leaders in management skills, leadership concepts and Contact Innovation-specific programs. Leadership Academy ensures preparation for the new and prospective leaders in order for them to fill-in their roles, and improves learning curves from stepping out of the Academy into the workplace. Completion of the program is the beginning of every leader’s Contact Innovation life cycle. This program ensures all our leaders have a common understanding and approach when it comes to managing in the BPO environment.
